Friendly staff buy unhappy with the portion size to cost ratio. $8.50 for a half a burrito bowl and small drink is absurd. Every other of there restaurants fill the bowl or burrito. Here is the complete opposite.

They are very terrible about the portions of meat they give, one small spoonful for $8.00 are you serious?!! The last few times I've been here weren't very pleasant visits and they weren't even at peak times. First, finding a spot was hard, why put a popular business in a parking shared by multiple other businesses including a bank? Next the staff must be taught by management to be as stingy as possible with portions of meat, rice and cheese. If you are going to claim your business is based on integrity don't cheat your customers out of a decent sized meal.

As much as I love Chipotle, I try to avoid places that have employees that aren't generous in packing your burrito bowls. My friend and I stopped by this place after a long day of work and we were starving. Don't get me wrong, I am a starving broke student so I want to get the most bang for my buck! Usually, whenever I get Chipotle, it is about a meal and a half because of how much food is in one bowl.. However, this time was different. The two people making my burrito bowl was so skimpy in putting in the rice and chicken and even the lettuce. It was like small scoops of corn and meat and tiny pinches of lettuce. I was very disappointed and even with 1 bowl, I was still a little hungry after devouring it. I would make a note to avoid this location if I am craving Chipotle.

Chipotle is Chipotle. This location is probably one of the better ones because they really are a friendly staff and it's very clean. Oh and they really load up your burritos.. I can't even finish the burrito bowl. It's located conveniently right off of Roosevelt Rd and close to the highway. Despite having to wait in lines during their lunch rush, the staff is really good at rolling out burritos at a fast pace!! My fave is the barbacoa burrito bowl; it's like seasoned pulled steak. SUPER good! They just added a new item, sofrito, which is chipotle tofu with sautéed pepper sauce. The only negative item on their menu is the bland guacamole you can add to your burrito for a $1.65 up charge. Pass.

I live 2 min from this and been well over 100 times. Just be aware of a few things Great staff all around 1. Some of the people will make you a huge burritto, some will make it as small as possible, but if you ask for extra they will oblige. 2. Dont go between 12-1 and 6-7. The line will be very long and that parking lot is a CF

-I had food in my fridge, but I didn't feel like preparing it myself. #firstworldproblems -I didn't have cash on me, so I couldn't stop by a favorite taco joint on my way home from the gym. #NomoneyMoproblems -Chipotle is nearby! And they take plastic! #p

3 strikes you're out for this Chipotle. It is the one closest to home and we've eaten here more times than any other. We have also unfortunately had more problems here than at other locations. The Downers Grove store is 7 minutes further and is an altogether better experience. We will be eating there from now on. Last Saturday they ran out of rice. And carnitas. Since I wanted a taco with white rice and carnitas, I had to wait. They proceeded to start my burrito by putting all of the cold stuff on the bottom (cheese, salsa, and lettuce) and waited for the hot stuff to be cooked. When it was done, the girl made the tacos in reverse. This is not protocol and I was not happy. All of the tables were dirty, they were out of iced tea, and the garbage cans were overflowing. I had to request help again. Never throughout this whole experience did anyone say, "I'm sorry." The shift manager even sat at the table next to us and she just continued to feed her face while on her break and pretended we didn't exist. Bad Chipotle.

I am a newer fan of Chipotle and find myself craving it as I pass this location on my new route home from work. This seems to be a popular location. One person who works here, I think her name is Kelly, is always especially energetic and friendly and makes me smile- definitely a standout employee. I had an issue here the other day and I really appreciated how they made it right- and even exceeded my expectations! I was impressed. I LOVE the chips and guacamole here! One time I saw someone ahead of me wait in the line during the dinner rush and all she got was a bag of chips and a side of guac- now I totally get it. I also love adding the fajita vegetables to my carnitas burrito bowl- give it a try. I'm also so glad they now offer brown rice instead of just white rice! They also offer a special during the holidays that when you buy a gift card of $30 or more you can show your receipt at your next visit for a free burrito! I really do love Chipotle. What else is there to say?

If I could mark this a zero star I would. My experience in ordering my food was terrible. It was my first time ordering so I was a little confused as to what I was ordering. I got a roll of the eyes and less food because of ordering incorrectly. I ended up telling the taco maker that I did not like his attitude and so I left. They may make good food there but I will never go back. You cannot erase a bad customer experience. I went down the road to the other Chipotle and they had customer service and the food to my liking.

I have frequented this Chipotle many times in last 8 months or so and encounter each time major flaws with the process. First of all they are slow, after you get your turn you will see they are confused, employee operating the first station doesn't appear to be fluent in English so that creates an issue for some. Meat portions are inconsistent, some get more. .At the end you encounter an employee who is really struggling putting the burrito together, the juices from too much salsa are dripping all over the wrapper and she's wiping them down with paper towels, for a second you start to think you are watching Benny Hill show but no, this Chipotle slowly becoming Burger King of fast food.....

The food is fine, but every teenage employee in this place glares at you with this look of death when you're ordering your food. I understand they hate their minimum wage-paying jobs, but holy crap, managers here should teach them proper customer service.

This Chipotle is quite nice...friendly employees, as-good-as-usual food. I was only disappointed when our meal concluded and it was time to change Baby's diaper. What did I find? No changing table! I realize providing one is a kindness and not a requirement on the part of the business, but I really hate to see this missing, especially from a large chain like this one.

The burritos are so killer. Go with chicken or steak. And the guac is great. They have a nice seating area too.

The food here is great and you get a lot of it for the price. Also, even when it's crowded the line goes pretty fast. I eat here regularly (but not too regularly or else I'd gain some major weight). Only complaint is the parking - the lot is small and always crowded. Shares parking with a Starbucks & a bunch of other places.

One of my favorite fast food places. Love the options, service and the prices are okay though not cheap. Food is very flavorful and you can get a beer if you're in the mood (and not driving). Also they're all over the place which keeps them convenient.

Food is real tasty, just never enough meat, and if you ask for a little more meat in your burrito or burrito bowl... they charge you extra :( was not this way when they first opened this store

I think Chipotle needs to keep doing what it's doing. I like this particular location; a decent sized spot with a so so parking lot. But they are always busy and that translates into high turnover, always fresh fix-ins. My fave: the vegetarian burrito and the way they put it together you can basically make two lunches out of it. I love the brown rice with lime: go as heavy or as light as you want, and either way the portions are generous. I also love their guac and chips, though the chips always seem to outlast the delicious serving of guacamole they give you. Nice flavor, but I like a little more kick. I find the servers here really friendly and for all it's conveyor belt style they keep it clean. My one negative is that I think their beverage selections are just too sweet. Nice spot!

The portions are extremely small here. I asked for extra rice because I was literally eating just mild salsa and guess what??!!! I've been asked to go back on the line and wait. I love chiportle but I don't think this place represents it the best way possible. Service is horrible here!!!

This is the main chipotle that I come to! I always come to this one because honestly, the burritos are bigger at this location than at others, so my bf has noticed. The staff is friendly, although they do seem a little timid at times. The managers are really nice, especially when there is a problem of some sort. For example, one time I got guac as a side and it was literally all just one big piece of avocado! So the next time I went, I said something and they graciously comped the guac I got on that visit.

Good service, very attentive, great portions including the extra guac no complaints, this is what you expect from chipotle!

This rating is solely on the customer service, as their food is typically above quality for what it is. The lunchtime manager for today had a big attitude and wasn't going to make what I ordered. Granted it was the special item not on the menu, a Quesorito, but to lie and say "that they don't make those at this location" was false. He also went on a rant to his fellow coworker about it when I was waiting for them to make it, which is completely unprofessional. I won't be going back to this location, and hope he treats his customers with more respect going forward.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
